This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through trycairn.app.
Cairn sells credit packs that allow you to anchor files to the Base blockchain. Each anchor consumes one credit.
Credits that have been used to anchor a file are non-refundable. Once an anchor transaction has been submitted to the blockchain, it cannot be reversed, and the credit cannot be recovered.
If you have purchased credits that you have not yet used, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase by contacting us at [email protected]. Include your wallet address and a description of your purchase in the request.
We will review your request and, if approved, issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Refund requests made after 30 days of purchase are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
If you believe you have been charged in error or received a duplicate charge, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and issue a correction where appropriate.
If a credit was consumed but the anchor transaction failed to be submitted to the blockchain due to a bug or error on our end, we will either restore the credit to your account or issue a refund, at your preference. Contact us with the details and we will investigate.
Note: transaction failures caused by insufficient gas, network congestion, or other blockchain-side issues are outside our control. We will evaluate these on a case-by-case basis.
